We are strengthening our presence in Istanbul through the integration of a new ironing facility within the quality platform already operating in the city. The project was developed to enhance the services supporting the final stages of the production process, adding new specialized operations within a dedicated ironing area of approximately 700 m².
The new operational area is dedicated to finishing activities, the application of accessories — including buttons, rivets, leather patches, logos and labels — ironing and dedicated quality control. Although the service is currently mainly focused on denim, it is designed to support different product categories, offering brands and local suppliers a more complete and flexible quality control solution for finished products.
The project involves direct collaboration with brands and their local suppliers, with an estimated workflow of approximately 45,000 garments per month. Istanbul, a strategic hub for the fashion supply chain, represents an ideal environment to develop an integrated service model close to production and aligned with customers’ needs.

With this initiative, Movimoda further enhances the value of its quality platform, transforming an already active warehouse into an even more comprehensive hub for the control, finishing, and enhancement of finished products.
